For anyone that is perhaps a food man like myself and enjoys anything on the food network this is for you! Apparently at Baltimore Gamesday they had Duff from the Ace of Cakes show (Charm City Cakes is the business name) make a cake of a Giant Squig. Well apparently it was for the MMORPG so it was supposed to be a Squig Herder in his Squig Armor, but freakin awesome cake anyway!
Feature : Last years 'Ard Boy'z Scenarios (Rnd. 1 & 2)
This episode brought to you by Anne Orde who says "I've only just discovered the show and have been listening to the episodes while I paint my Warriors of Chaos. Just got into the double figures and love it so far, keep up the good work! Got some e-mails from Seth and Doostan along with our first voicemail comment from Jon asking for an Empire army review and what we think is the most balanced army. We find that I have gotten my blog up for my Spring Wood Elf theme which is linked over on the right side of the page under the FlickR gallery while Chuck still works on his.
For the feature we dig out last years Scenarios for the 'Ard Boy'z rounds 1 and 2! We discuss the special rules involved along with what we both did and did not like about them. We discuss our lists as they stand currently and then take ourselves out to battle. Due to the length of the show and the fact that we basically stopped recording around turn 3 I did not include the battle report with the show. However Chuck wiped the floor with me. Way to go Chuck! ;p

New pics of the Plastic Skaven Clanrats. Boy what a difference! Also the new book is due out this November so Skaven players know what to ask for, for christmas!
The Space Hulk information. There are a ton of cool pics of the stuff in the first link and I wont bother linking them all here; but this is what I've found so far.
So it's official; I have begun my Wood Elf army. The blog is up and you can check it below. I've also attached the first couple pics. One of just my ton of stuff and then my 1st real piece of work which is on my Great Eagle conversion. The link to the blog is also over on the right side of the page below the FlickR gallery link.
FFG has done their news videos from GenCon and for those interested on Day 3 there is a demo of the game being played!!! Go check it out; clip is 2 minutes 10 seconds in. Kind of interesting and nice to see the board and some of the pieces along with a little bit of game mechanic.
Fantasy Flight Games has put the rulebook for there soon to come board game Chaos in the Old World up in .pdf format on their website. Haven't had a chance to read through it yet; but it is 32 full color pages. Nicely put together from what it appears... Links below!
After having received an inquiry from a listener I decided I should list this on the blog page as well for those who have not caught up on all the episodes. Due to financial irresponsibility I am no longer sending dice out for sponsorships. I had been offering sponsorships for $10 USD for a block of GW dice; but it was costing me $11 USD to mail them out priority so I have discontinued this.

Feature : Interview with Ben Burns creator of Tales of Battle Magazine
This show brought to you by Ryan Goleman who sponsors us to say that I am a tool; and consequently force me to say it because he's paying me. We get a number of listener e-mails which as always we discuss on the air. We have some news regarding a newer GT that the organizer asked me to plug; the Battlefoam Trade-in program is officially up and running! Army Builder 3.2 has a preview video on YouTube and also on YouTube a video at Chicago GD of the Red Orktober for those that didn't get to see it at Adepticon. Finally Fantasy Flight has announced release of a previous GW card game called Chaos Marauder! last published in 1987.
For the feature we get together with Ben Burns from the Tales of Battle magazine produced here in the US. It is a magazine which in his own words is about "real armies, real army lists, real tactics and most importantly, real battle reports from Independent run Grand Tournaments". We discuss what got him into this idea nad where he plans on taking it. The magazine is currently small but growing and the number of people who have flocked to it's first 2 issues is impressive to say the least. So sit back and enjoy!
