Hello everybody! This is my first attempt at video podcasting. I should say that I am definatly off to a rocky start. I can't seem to find a program that will convert my .wmv files into MP4 files that are compatiable with I-Tunes. In the Video I mention having planned to go to YouTube and host from their; but found out that my video was over their limit on length. :( So batting 0 and 2 I went for flash player. The video is a flash video and will be hosted here on the blog. Since it's posted to my RSS feed you should still be able to download it via I-Tunes and since most every computer on the planet can run flash video on their respective web browsers you should be able to watch it or easilly find an application that can play it.

I answer a couple e-mails about Dwarf's and the show itself before moving onto news of the most recent things. Avatar of War has finished their new model the Warrior Priest and has it available for purchase now I do believe. Bell of Lost Souls announced rumors of Skaven 3rd Quarter and Chaos Dwarfs possibly becoming an all Forge-World army. Blood Bowl the PC game is slated for a June 29th release after the beta has now ended. A thread on DakkaDakka discusses the price increase in US dollars.

I've also recieved en e-mail from Mike Marko reguarding Marauders Mayhem in Dayton, OH containing more pertinant information about registering such as actual dates. I also have some more information on the Core Competency tournament run by Alex Gonzalez in Downers Grove, Illinois. I did not recieve this information until after the video was done so it is not mentinoed during the movie but here on the blog.

Great Video, I want to see more! Quality of the video was decent enough to see everything you were doing.

Can we get the .wmv as well?

Joe, nicely done. I appreciate the tutorial and would like to see more of these . . . also the length was good for doing tutorials. Keep with the longer audio pods as well, they are entertaining while I'm working.

I will see about a server to put the .wmv file on as well. This one however ate up half the available space on my RSS feed.

Joe, good work. Video is definitely something missing in this hobby space and there is a lot of opportunity. Hope you get the encoding cracked and looking forward to the next one.

Having the .wmv in the feed would be great so that I can auto download it to my Zune and not have to watch it on the pc. Thanks.

Keep the length where your at with about 20-25 minutes. Get a background(waaagh banner or greenscreen...lol). Audio and video quality was good. Can't wait to get more on here, but it does suck alot of space up I bet. Keep it up!

good video, nice introductory scenery piece as well. I always look for videos of painting techniques, basing, terrain and such, inspiration is always welcome.

Hiya

I just want to say that I have now listened to all you shows and really enjoyed them.

I like the format of the show. I found the army reviews very informative, and the shows from the tournaments really gave a good feel of the event and the people attending.

Keep up the good work.
